Good entry. I don't know a lot about Michael Moore. I rented Columbine also and did not make it through the whole thing either. All I can say is that movie's cutting room floor must be pretty clean.

People often fail to consider that any piece of information has two parts: the data and the source. It's great to expose yourself to extreme sources of information to broaden your view on a subject, just don't forget what the term "extreme" really means.

In Moore's case it means somewhere in between "extreme liberal" and "just this side o' crazy".

In case anyone wants to pay Michael a Visit when they are in NY, it seems the smokinggun.com inadvertantly posted his NY home address:

100 West 84 Street
New York, NY 10024

Feel free to send him your thoughts. Or bags of anthrax.

You know I love you and will hold you if need be. I would like to know if you have seen this film yet. Like I said, I think it's a powerful film and everyone should see it and then make up their mind on it. But if you're bashing a movie that you haven't even seen ... well jeez. That's like me saying only nerds go see "Lord of the Rings" because I have no interest in seeing it. Go see it, Skippy. There's lots of stuff in there that you just can't argue with.

'Sup HotCarl? I'm in total agreement with the everyone needs to do their own research thing. I don't like being spoon fed my politics, I can't believe others do. On the other hand, I'm glad I live where Michael Moore can make such a movie. He should be too. He seems to love Canada more than the U.S. but since Canadian movies aren't raking in the dough, he makes his movies here. I'm just sayin' he should be thankful he can.
